I am very excited to be offering a program that not only improves your tennis, but your fitness as well!
What is Cardio Tennis?
Lose weight and get into shape while playing your favourite sport! Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity where players of all abilities enjoy tennis together. While improving your tennis skills, you are maintaining an elevated heart rate which improves your cardio fitness. Much more fun and interesting than working out on a machine, Cardio Tennis is fresh, innovative way to get into shape!
How does it work?
Cardio Tennis is a dynamic program that encorporates both tennis skills and cardio activities to maintain an elevated heart rate while working on tennis skills. The focus of the program is to improve the participants cardio by offering programs that elevate the participants heart rate into the aerobic zone, and maintain it there for 30-50 minutes.
